The crane is an ancient symbol of eternal love & good fortune. Prevalent in Asian paintings, origami and mythology, the crane is a reminder of hope. A Japanese legend promises that anyone who folds a thousand origami cranes will be granted one wish. This legend, explained inSadako and the Thousand Paper Cranes, is what inspired Anna V's iconic teal logo.
Made from Japanese Chiyogami Paper, a traditional paper from the 1600s whose name means "thousand generation paper." It's made from the inner bark of the Kozo plant.
